3. On-Site Payment (Credit Card or Cash)

You can pay using cash or Credit Card at the Registration Desk with an ADDITIONAL COST of 100 euro on the full registration rates (On-site Registration is available only for Registrations without any contributing abstract).

All presenters (Invited, Oral, Poster) must finalize their registration until 20 October 2023 either via On-Line payment or Bank Transfer in order to confirm their spot in the program.

1. Bank Transfer Payment: All banking costs have to be paid by the participants.

2. Cancellation Policy: There is a refund of 75% of the registration fees if the registration will be cancelled until October 13, 2023. For cancellations after October 13th, no refund will be available.
