How to submit your Abstract

Step 1: Download one of the Abstract Templates found below (the same files can be also downloaded from the submission form, in case you miss this step).

Step 2: Fill in the REGISTRATION & ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM and complete your Registration and Abstract submission. During the process you'll be asked to upload your Abstract.
Accepted file types for the uploaded file are doc, docx or pdf.

All presenters (Invited, Oral, Poster) must finalize their registration until 7 November 2025 either via On-Line payment or Bank Transfer in order to confirm their spot in the program.

Information on Poster Presentations

The poster presenters will present their poster in the Poster Sessions during the Conference. Poster dimensions: PORTRAIT format, 84x119cm (A0 size).
